Job summary

TJ Maxx at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an upbeat front-of-store leader to promote an outstanding customer experience. You will supervise Associates, ensure courteous service, and support loyalty program participation while upholding store policies.

As a key member of store leadership, you will train Associates, coordinate POS coverage, prioritize tasks, and maintain safety and compliance. The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends, strong merchandising sense, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Strong merchandising knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience by leading front-of-store associates.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Manages registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures accurate POS coverage.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and drives shrink reduction goals.
