Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience at the front of store.
• Promotes loyalty programs and maintains store cleanliness and organization.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end tasks and customer personalization.
• Manages registers, POS coverage, and breaks; addresses customer concerns promptly.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
