Job summary

TJ Maxx is seeking a front-end leader to promote an exceptional customer experience while guiding a team of Associates at the front of the store. You will model service excellence, train staff on loyalty programs, and ensure smooth POS operations and coverage.

The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and a focus on integrity and teamwork. Available to work nights and weekends with a solid understanding of merchandising techniques and detailed organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong merchandising and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience at front of store.
• Leads and trains Associates on customer service and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for Associates.
• Maintains store cleanliness and safe, organized operations.
• Responds to customer concerns promptly and professionally.
