TJ Maxx, a brand of TJX Companies, is seeking a Front End Leader to promote an excellent customer experience across our store. You will lead Associates, ensure loyalty programs, train staff, and maintain store standards.

We require 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership, flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and strong merchandising, communication, and teamwork skills. Competitive benefits and a comprehensive salary and compensation package are offered.

Responsabilités

• Promote an excellent customer experience at front of store
• Lead and mentor associates
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks
• Support POS coverage and customer service initiatives
• Train staff on front-end processes and loyalty programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and store policies
• Promote safety and shrink reduction programs
• Collaborate with management on priorities and feedback
