TJ Maxx at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Front of Store Lead to promote exceptional customer experience and mentor Associates.

You’ll oversee front-end operations, ensure courteous service, and help implement loyalty programs while keeping a clean, organized store. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail and 6 months of leadership; you’ll need strong communication, merchandising knowledge, and the ability to multi-task.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes in direction.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer experience and supervise front-of-store Associates.
• Lead by example and ensure courteous service and loyalty program awareness.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end standards and POS coverage.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and respond to coverage needs.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Collaborate with management on training needs and store goals.
