Job summary

JCPenney in Greenville, NC seeks a Sales Floor Supervisor to drive customer service and profitable sales growth by leading associates, enforcing merchandise standards, and executing store programs. You will train teammates to implement sales-building initiatives and ensure a strong in-store experience.

You will also oversee omnichannel processes, including pickup, delivery, returns, and ship-from-store, while coaching associates to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Directs Customer Service and sales activities in store; resolves customer issues and concerns.
• Manages merchandise standards through Put to Fixture, SET and Visual process execution.
• Trains, mentors and coaches all associates on jcp.com pickup, delivery, and returns processes.
• Leads specialty areas (Fine Jewelry, Mattress, Window) and monitors related processes to reduce shrink.
