Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Sales Floor Supervisor to drive customer service and profitable sales growth by leading associates and ensuring standards are met across merchandise, visual presentation, and omnichannel processes. You will train staff to execute sales-building programs and participate in specialty areas to boost performance.

Responsibilities include directing service and sales activities, maintaining presentation standards, coaching associates, and ensuring smooth omnichannel operations

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales floor teams and delivering top customer service in a retail environment.
• Ability to manage merchandise standards and execute visual presentations.
• Familiarity with omnichannel processes and order fulfillment.
• Strong coaching and communication skills to develop associates.

Responsibilities

• Directs customer service and sales activities in store; resolves customer issues and ensures service quality.
• Maintains merchandise standards through Put to Fixture, SET, and Visual processes and drives proper signing and pricing.
• Trains, mentors and coaches all associates on jcp.com pickup, Ship from Store, BOPIS, and curbside pickup processes.
• Leads specialty businesses (Fine Jewelry, Mattress, Window) and oversees related training and protection plans.
