Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs customer service and sales activities in store; resolves customer issues and concerns.
• Manages merchandise standards and execution; supervises pricing and signing process.
• Trains, mentors and coaches associates on omnichannel processes, including pickup, delivery, and returns.
• Leads specialty businesses (Fine Jewelry, Mattress, Window) and oversees shrink reduction and productivity standards.
• Partners with leadership to hire store talent and develop associates; enforces performance standards.
