Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs customer service and sales activities in store; resolves issues and ensures staffing aligned with needs.
• Manages merchandising standards via Put to Fixture, SET, and Visual processes; maintains presentation and pricing accuracy.
• Oversees Omnichannel processes including in-store pickup, delivery, returns, and curbside pickup.
• Leads specialty areas (Fine Jewelry, Mattress, Window) and stores productivity standards; identifies sell-through opportunities.
• Partners to source and hire hourly staff; coaches associates to improve performance and engagement.
