Qualifications

• 1+ year in a management role within retail or service industries.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to ideate improvements and manage daily store operations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, positive approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8–10 associates and model best-in-class service.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing and scheduling.
• Manage POS issues and inventory processes.
• Conduct or support biannual performance reviews with leadership.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of new hires.
• Develop and implement new processes to improve customer shopping experiences.
