Job summary

Marshalls at USA Marshalls Store 1113 Panama City Beach FL is seeking a front-end leader to promote an excellent customer experience. You will supervise Associates, ensure courteous service, and drive loyalty programs while maintaining store standards.

You should have strong merchandising knowledge, be able to multi-task, and train others. Flexible schedule including nights/weekends is expected; a supportive team environment and competitive pay accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and ability to implement store standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles.
• Coaches on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
• Manages register assignments, POS coverage, and breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and priorities.
• Communicates priorities with management and staff; provides updates.
• Participates in training needs planning with Management.
• Promotes safety and adheres to labor laws and policies.
