Job summary

Marshalls in the USA is seeking a front-end supervisor to elevate the customer experience and lead Associates at the front of the store. You will model outstanding customer service, promote loyalty programs, and work with management to meet daily goals.

The role requires strong merchandising knowledge, ability to multi-task, and the talent to train others. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected; starting pay ranges from $14.25 to $14.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a front-end team or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and mentor associates on front-end principles.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead Associates at front of store.
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, coordinates POS coverage, and manages breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety.
