Marshalls in the United States is seeking a frontline leader to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise Associates at the front of the store. You will model outstanding service, help drive loyalty programs, and maintain a clean, organized environment.

The role requires 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, with strong communication and merchandising skills. Competitive pay starts at USD 14.75–15.25 per hour, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example at front of store
• Train and mentor Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety standards
• Collaborate with management on training needs to increase effectiveness
