Marshalls is hiring to promote an excellent customer experience while leading a team at the front of the store. You will engage customers, mentor Associates, and ensure a clean, organized environment that reflects brand standards.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, and promoting loyalty programs; you will coordinate POS coverage, respond to issues promptly, and partner with management to achieve store goals while maintaining compliance with labor laws.

Formación

• Front-end customer experience focus and service excellence.
• Ability to train and mentor other Associates.
• Strong communication and organization skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques and loss prevention basics.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and flexible shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Promote an excellent customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Lead a team of associates at the front of store.
• Assign registers, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks.
• Train and coach associates on customer personalization and loyalty.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to labor laws and policies.
• Address customer concerns promptly and communicate priorities to the team.
• Support management on training needs and store goals.
