Job summary

Marshalls is seeking a front-end leadership role to promote an excellent customer experience and oversee a team of Associates on the store floor. You will model outstanding service, train staff on front-end principles and loyalty programs, and ensure effective POS coverage and policy adherence.

This role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong merchandising and communication skills, and prior retail and leadership experience to supervise operations and drive customer

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Team player with ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads front-of-store operations.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks; ensures POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintains store organization and adherence to safety policies.
• Communicates priorities and progress with management and team.
