Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a leader to promote an exceptional customer experience and to guide a team of Associates at the front of the store. The role emphasizes mentoring, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

You will train Associates on front-end principles, coordinate register coverage, and address customer concerns while supporting store goals and safety policies. Flexible scheduling is required.

Formación

• Oversee a team of Associates at front of store and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Lead by example with customers and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Coordinate breaks and POS coverage, respond to customer concerns.
• Communicate priorities to leadership and provide progress updates.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
