Marshalls at Saint Augustine FL is seeking a front-end supervisor to lead store associates and deliver outstanding customer service. You will model proactive engagement with customers, oversee POS coverage, and mentor team members to uphold our loyalty programs and store standards.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong merchandising knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others.

Responsabilidades

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front end principles
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
