Job summary

Marshalls is seeking an enthusiastic retail associate leader to oversee front-of-store operations and promote a superior customer experience in our Selma, NC location.

You will lead by example, training Associates on front-end principles, managing POS coverage, and driving loyalty programs while maintaining a welcoming, organized store environment. Flexible schedule and strong merchandising skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes loyalty programs and a culture of honesty and integrity
• Trains and coaches Associates on front end principles and customer engagement
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and prioritizes tasks to align with store plans
• Communicates priorities clearly with management and Associates and provides feedback
• Promotes safety and labor policy compliance within the store
• Other duties as assigned
