SERVPRO Industries, LLC is seeking a Restoration Office Specialist within Strategic Operations to organize content, manage job files, billing, audits, and collections under the Director, Restoration.

This role collaborates with Restoration Specialists and franchise offices to align field and office processes across the job lifecycle. A Bachelor's degree and 2 years admin experience preferred.

Competenze

• 2 years office, job file coordination, billing, estimating, or administrative experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication, comfortable with virtual meetings.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word/Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers clearly.
• Adaptable and eager to learn and grow; detail-oriented.

Mansioni

• Conduct research to identify market demands, standards, trends, and franchise performance.
• Outline and organize content, communicating office processes to non-technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and propose solutions for complex office process issues.
• Develop and maintain resources like job aids and forms for franchise execution.
• Coordinate with Restoration Specialists to align field and office processes across lifecycle.
• Lead communications to franchise office staff and headquarters teammates.
