Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, LLC is seeking an Restoration Office Specialist to support the office and administrative side of the job lifecycle. You will coordinate job files, billing, audits and collections while aligning field and office processes across the franchise network.

The role emphasizes research, content organization and development of office resources, reporting to the Director of Restoration within Strategic Operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of office, job file coordination, billing, estimating, or admin experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for a non-technical audience.
• Intermediate MS Office skills; ability to present information clearly.
• Read, write, and speak communications with employees, customers, suppliers clearly.
• Adaptable and eager to learn; able to work in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to research and organization of content for restoration office processes.
• Coordinate job files, billing, audit and collections as part of the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain office resources, checklists and forms for franchise execution.
• Collaborate with field staff and headquarters to align office and field processes.
• Assist communications to franchise staff and other HQ teams as needed.
