SERVPRO Industries, LLC is seeking an Restoration Office Specialist in the Strategic Operations group. The role focuses on the office and administrative side of the job lifecycle—coordinating files, billing, audits, and collections—reporting to the Director, Restoration.

You will research market demands, outline processes, and develop job aids and forms to ensure consistent franchise execution from lead intake to closeout. Collaboration with field staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of office, job file coordination, billing, estimating, or administrative experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to read/write/speak to communicate with staff and customers clearly.
• Adaptable and eager to learn.
• Team player with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify market demands, standards, and best practices in franchise offices.
• Outline and organize content for office and administrative processes for non-technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and propose solutions to improve franchise office operations.
• Develop and maintain resources (job aids, checklists, forms) for reliable franchise execution.
• Coordinate with Restoration Specialists and Strategic Operations to align field and office processes across the job lifecycle.
• Lead communications to franchise office staff and headquarters teams.
