Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, LLC is seeking an Restoration Office Specialist within Strategic Operations. The role focuses on organizing content, coordinating job files, billing, audits, and collections, reporting to the Director of Restoration.

You will partner with Restoration Specialists and office teams to align field and office processes across the job lifecycle, while developing helpful office resources and improving service performance across franchises.

Qualifications

• 2 years office, job file coordination, billing, estimating, or administrative experience required; restoration/construction industry preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting in virtual meetings.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate clearly with employees, customers, suppliers via multiple channels.
• Adaptable and eager to learn.
• Collaborate effectively in a team and deliver accurate work.
• Intermediate problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify market demands, standards, best practices, trends, and franchise office performance (e.g., job file management, billing, audit, and collections).
• Outline and organize content for non-technical stakeholders, including franchise Job File Coordinators and office teams.
• Troubleshoot and propose solutions for complex office and administrative process issues.
• Develop and maintain resources (job aids, checklists, forms) for franchise execution.
• Partner with Restoration Specialists to align field and office processes throughout the job lifecycle.
• Spearhead communications to the franchise office staff and headquarters teammates.
