You will handle job file coordination, billing, audits, and collections while reporting to the Director, Restoration.

Qualifications

• 2 years of office, job file coordination, billing, estimating, or administrative experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting in virtual meetings/webinars
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to read/write/speak clearly with employees, customers, and vendors
• Adaptable and collaborative; detail-oriented and accurate

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify market demands, standards, trends in franchise office operations
• Outline and organize content to communicate office processes to non-technical stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and propose solutions for complex office process issues to improve service
• Develop and maintain job aids, checklists, and forms for franchise execution
• Partner with Restoration Specialists to align field and office processes throughout job lifecycle
• Spearhead communications to franchise office staff and headquarters teams
