The role emphasizes documenting processes, building job aids, and ensuring accurate execution across franchises.

Qualifications

• 2 years office, job file coordination, billing, estimating, or administrative experience required.
• Experience in restoration or construction industry preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication, comfortable with virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on franchise office and administrative practices.
• Outline and organize content for office processes for non-technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and propose solutions for office process issues and service improvements.
• Develop resources such as job aids, checklists, and forms for franchise execution.
• Coordinate lead intake, scheduling, filing, estimating, billing, audit, and closeout with field teams.
• Lead communications to franchise office staff and headquarters teams.
