Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, LLC is seeking a Restoration Office Specialist within Strategic Operations. This role focuses on outlining and organizing content, coordinating job files, handling billing, audits, and collections, and supporting franchise office operations.

You will collaborate with Restoration Specialists and HQ teams to align field and office processes across the job lifecycle, develop job aids and forms, and communicate results through virtual meetings and presentations.

Qualifications

• 2 years office, job file coordination, billing, estimating, or administrative experience required; experience in the restoration or construction industry preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially in conveying technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Comfortable being on camera and presenting information during virtual meetings/webinars, as well as pre-recorded sessions.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read, write, and speak to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner.
• Adaptable and able to continually learn and grow.
• Collaborate with others and work effectively in a team environment, complete assigned work with a high level of accuracy
• Intermediate problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and process research to identify office and administrative best practices and efficiency opportunities.
• Outline and organize content, communicating office processes to franchise staff and HQ teams.
• Troubleshoot and propose solutions for office process issues to improve service delivery.
• Develop and maintain resources (job aids, checklists, forms) for consistent franchise execution.
• Partner with Restoration Specialists to align field and office processes across the job lifecycle (lead intake, scheduling, billing, audit, closeout).
• Lead communications to franchise office staff and HQ teammates.
