Responsibilities include supervising staff, coaching, handling cash procedures, ensuring food safety, managing schedules, training new hires, controlling costs, and collaborating with management to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Experience coordinating shift schedules and managing inventory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant crew members during your shift.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members understand their responsibilities.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure outstanding customer service by greeting customers, resolving complaints, and handling inquiries promptly.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling and reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand.
• Create and maintain shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Train new hires on policies, procedures, and job responsibilities.
