Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or assistant management experience in restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate teams.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations; ServSafe certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RGM with daily operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing to meet service levels.
• Supervise and coach crew and shift managers to improve performance.
• Monitor and control costs; assist in financial reporting and inventories.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality; address inquiries and complaints.
• Communicate performance metrics and operational updates to management.
