Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
• Experience in restaurant supervisory role.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to manage shifts and schedules.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant general manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and shift management.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Train and supervise crew and shift leads, providing guidance and coaching.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and labor costs to improve profitability.
