Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant crew during your shift, delegating tasks and guiding team members.
• Ensure outstanding customer service by greeting customers and resolving inquiries.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Create and maintain shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Train new hires on policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor sales and costs to support profitability and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with management to align goals and staffing needs.
