Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant crew during your shift, delegating tasks and coaching.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory.
• Create and maintain shift schedules to ensure staffing levels.
• Train new hires on policies and safety procedures.
• Monitor sales and expenses to achieve targets and control costs.
• Communicate with management and kitchen staff to coordinate operations.
