Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coaching, opening/closing procedures, cash handling, food safety, inventory, scheduling, and training to drive efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or managerial restaurant experience required.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma required; hospitality degree preferred.
