Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant crew during shifts.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to foster a productive environment.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and handle inquiries promptly.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies to meet demands.
• Create and adjust shift schedules to ensure proper staffing.
