Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
• Certification in food safety (e.g., ServSafe) advantageous; Douglas County shift manager cert within 30 days if applicable.
• Proven supervisory or managerial experience in restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant crew during shifts.
• Delegate tasks and ensure responsibilities understood.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and handle inquiries.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures including cash handling.
• Monitor food safety, maintain cleanliness, and manage inventory.
• Create and maintain shift schedules.
• Train new hires and develop team members.
