Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a restaurant or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager with daily operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Supervise and train crew members and shift managers; provide coaching.
• Schedule staff and manage staffing levels to meet demand.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction; address inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in managing finances, costs, and labor; prepare reports.
• Oversee inventory and supply orders; maintain proper storage.
• Conduct regular inspections for safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for seamless service.
