Job summary

• Coordinates annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and HR objectives per SOP and plan.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and SOPs.
• Assists in recruitment, training, and retention of employees per SOP and plan.
• Maintains appropriate levels of supplies and ensures equipment and premises are safe.
