IHOP is seeking an operations supervisor to direct the unit by managing daily activities, supervising craft staff, and ensuring compliance with SOPs. You will support budget goals, train employees, and maintain high standards for food safety and guest satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to work within federal, state, and local regulations while coordinating with the General Manager on staffing and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2–4 years related experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for all restaurant hourly employees to improve operations and guest experience.
• Assist in executing annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and HR objectives as defined by SOP.
