Job summary

IHOP is seeking a reliable Operations Supervisor to direct the unit's daily activities and ensure guest satisfaction. You will assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits, maintain safe, clean, and compliant operations, and collaborate with IHOP employees and guests to deliver consistent service.

Responsibilities include staff training, recruiting, and enforcing SOPs, managing supplies and equipment, and producing required reports.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or employees.
• A valid Driver’s License will be necessary to drive a car on Company business.
• Certification through IHOP training courses.

Responsibilities

• Direct unit operation and supervise craft employees.
• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for hourly employees.
• Assist in execution of annual objectives and SOPs.
