IHOP is seeking a unit operations supervisor to direct daily activities and support the General Manager. You will oversee staff, enforce SOPs, manage supplies, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met while focusing on guest satisfaction and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities include coordinating training, maintaining equipment condition, and supporting financial and HR objectives. Strong communication, organization, and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Basic math skills and ability to write routine reports.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for hourly employees to improve operations.
• Assist in executing annual financial, marketing, guest service and HR objectives.
• Comply with applicable regulations for the unit.
• Assist in recruitment, training and retention of employees.
• Ensure adequate levels of supplies (food, paper, safety, etc.).
• Ensure proper operation of equipment and facilities per SOP.
• Ensure safety and sanitation practices are maintained.
• Ensure security practices as defined by SOP.
• Assist in completing required reports and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
