Responsibilities

• Direct operation unit and assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Implement Craft Training program for hourly employees to improve operations.
• Assist in execution of annual financial, marketing, guest service and HR objectives.
• Ensure proper safety, sanitation, and security practices.
• Assist in recruitment, training and retention of staff.
• Ensure adequate inventories and equipment condition.
• Complete required reports and paperwork.
