Job summary

Dairy Queen franchise is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to run a high‑volume store with accuracy and attention to detail. You’ll support the GM in operations, including financial performance, production, inventory, personnel, sales and marketing, while upholding safety and guest experience standards.

Key responsibilities include leading teams, managing costs, scheduling, and ensuring fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor.
• Must be ServSafe certifiable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts, aiming for top quality, service and atmosphere.
• Train shift leads and crew on systems, recipes and safety practices to ensure daily success.
• Assist in business planning, controlling labor and inventory, and optimizing profit and guest experience.
