Job summary

Dairy Queen, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to run a Dairy Queen store with attention to detail and a focus on guest memories.

You will assist the General Manager with operations, including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing to create an outstanding Fan experience. Responsibilities include daily store operation, training, scheduling, and ensuring safety and food-handling standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor.
• Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices.
• Must be ServSafe certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts, ensuring quality, service, and atmosphere.
• Conduct inventory control, ordering of products, and cash handling.
• Lead and train shift leads and crew to uphold standards and safety practices.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
