• Oversees and manages all areas of restaurant and makes final decisions on matters of importance.
• Ensures Pride systems are incorporated into day-to-day operations.
• Leads development and execution of the restaurant's game plan with the DM.
• Ensures guest service meets company standards across all areas.
• Responds to customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborates with local chamber and schools to drive sales.
• Trains and develops assistant managers and hourly staff through ongoing feedback and reviews.
• Maintains effective staffing schedules for all day parts and sales volumes.
• Manages P&L to optimize profit, controls COGS, labor and controllables.
