Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking an experienced store manager to lead operations on a scheduled shift. You will focus on quality, service, and creating an exceptional guest experience while managing inventory, cash, and daily tasks.

You will train crew on recipes, food safety, and PRIDE procedures, and assist the GM with budgeting, labor planning, and strategies to increase fan visits and sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience.
• Must be ServSafe certifiable.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation during scheduled shifts, ensuring quality, service, and atmosphere while controlling inventory and cash.
• Train shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, recipes, food safety and restaurant safety practices.
• Assist GM with business planning, cost controls, labor and inventory management to optimize P&L.
• Ensure Fan service standards and resolve customer concerns promptly to drive repeat visits.
• Lead the team through hiring, coaching, feedback, and scheduling to meet staffing needs.
