Job summary

Cici's Pizza-Top Slice LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and drive profitability. You will oversee hourly staff, Assistant Managers, and shift leaders, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to Cicis standards.

The role requires managing schedules, HR paperwork, and enforcing safety programs while maintaining high restaurant cleanliness and inventory controls. A strong leader with a hands-on approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in related position preferred.
• SERV Safe certification preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have valid State driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to travel between multiple restaurants.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by modeling Cicis Guest promise and driving team engagement.
• Cover Open, Lunch, Dinner, and Closing shifts as needed.
• Build sales and manage restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, hire and develop team members and supervisors.
• Ensure accurate HR paperwork and timely submissions to HR and Support Center.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and food safety through daily/weekly tasks.
