Cici's Pizza-Top Slice LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead our Prattville restaurant team. You will oversee the Restaurant, Assistant Managers, and hourly staff, driving sales and profitability while maintaining Cicis standards.

The ideal candidate brings leadership, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset, with the ability to work 50 hours per week and manage operations across opening, lunch, dinner, and closing shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• SERV Safe certification preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by creating enthusiasm and commitment to company objectives.
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed.
• Build sales and manage restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, hire, develop team members and managers.
• Maintain GER compliance with a passing score of 70% or higher.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures.
