Cici's Pizza-Top Slice LLC seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive sales, and develop a high‑performing team. You will oversee all shifts, ensure powerful guest service, and maintain strict compliance with cash handling, safety, and quality standards.

The role requires staffing, scheduling, HR administration, and collaboration with the Area Coach to meet company targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• SERV Safe certification preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid State driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple restaurants.
• Must have vehicle insurance.
• Ability to become SERV Safe compliant.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and set example per Cicis Guest promise.
• Lead and manage open, lunch, dinner, and closing shifts.
• Drive sales and restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, hire, and develop team members and leaders.
• Maintain GER compliance with 70%+ score.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain inventory and equipment in good condition.
• Uphold cleanliness standards as per schedules.
• Submit HR paperwork timely under GM guidance.
• Complete schedules by Thursday EOD for Area Coach review.
• Take disciplinary actions with Area Coach and HR guidance.
• Complete weekly paperwork and reports to Support Center.
• Engage in Local Restaurant Marketing and POP requirements.
• Attend all scheduled meetings.
