Job summary

Cici's Pizza-Top Slice LLC is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and maintain profitability across shifts. You will model the Cicis Guest promise and develop team members while ensuring high standards of service.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a flexible, hands-on approach to scheduling, training, and local marketing initiatives. High School diploma and SERV Safe knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
• SERV Safe certification preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a valid State issued driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between multiple restaurants.
• Must have current and valid insurance on vehicle.
• Must have the ability to become SERV Safe compliant.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by creating and encouraging excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment to company objectives.
• Set an example of excellent working knowledge and high level of proficiency in all phases of Restaurant Operations.
• Build Sales and manage restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, hire, develop Team Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers.
• Maintain GER compliance by meeting or exceeding a passing score of 70% or higher.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed, including daily bank deposits.
• Maintain inventory levels and orders for food, paper, and smallwares; ensure equipment maintenance.
• Uphold Cicis restaurant cleanliness standards with daily/weekly/monthly checklists.
• Oversee HR paperwork and timely submission to HR.
• Ensure schedules are completed by Thursday EOD for review by Area Coach.
• Execute disciplinary actions in consultation with AC and HR.
• Complete weekly paperwork and admin duties for Support Center.
• Follow POP requirements and engage in Local Restaurant Marketing initiatives.
• Attend and participate in scheduled meetings
