• POS equipment familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive restaurant profitability and guest experience.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Team Members and managers.
• Ensure schedules are completed and HR paperwork submitted.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and daily deposits.
• Manage inventory and purchasing, equipment upkeep.
• Engage with local marketing initiatives and meetings.
