Job summary

Cici's Pizza-Top Slice LLC in Gastonia, NC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and uphold Cicis guest promises. You will guide shift teams, manage profitability, and ensure compliance across all restaurant functions.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, overseeing schedules, cash handling, inventory, cleanliness, HR paperwork, and reporting to the Support Center. Requires a strong leader with a customer-service mindset and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in related position preferred.
• SERV Safe certification preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a valid State driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to travel between multiple restaurants.
• Must have current auto insurance.
• Must become SERV Safe compliant.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by creating excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment to company objectives.
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed; setting an example of proficiency in all phases of Restaurant Operations.
• Responsible for Building Sales and managing restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, hire, develop Team Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers.
• Successfully maintain GER compliance by meeting or exceeding a passing score of 70% or higher.
• Ensure all Cash Handling procedures are followed, including daily bank deposits.
• Ensure that correct inventory levels are kept, including weekly orders and equipment maintenance.
• Uphold Cicis restaurant cleanliness standards by following cleaning checklists.
• Under GM direction, HR paperwork submitted timely; schedules completed by Thursday EOD for Area Coach review.
• Under GM, execute appropriate corrective actions in disciplinary situations with HR.
• Under GM, weekly paperwork is turned in to Support Center as required.
• Follow all POP requirements; engage in Local Restaurant Marketing initiatives.
• Attend and participate in scheduled meetings.
