Job summary

Cici's Pizza-Top Slice LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant, supervise the Assistant Managers and hourly Team Members toward agreed goals and profits. You will oversee open, lunch, dinner and closing shifts and model strong operating knowledge across all restaurant functions.

The role requires building sales, driving profitability, recruiting and developing staff, ensuring GER compliance, handling cash procedures, and maintaining inventories and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in related position preferred.
• SERV Safe certification preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel between multiple restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by creating excitement and commitment to company objectives.
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed.
• Build Sales and manage restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, hire and develop Team Members and supervisors.
• Maintain GER compliance with a passing score of 70% or higher.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and daily deposits.
• Manage inventory, orders, and equipment maintenance.
• Uphold Cicis cleanliness standards and cleaning schedules.
• Submit HR paperwork in a timely manner.
• Ensure schedules are completed by Thursday EOD.
• Support in disciplinary actions with AC and HR.
• Complete weekly paperwork and reports to Support Center.
• Engage in Local Restaurant Marketing initiatives and attend meetings.
